Wisconsin’s Senate Minority Leader tweeted: “Minnesota did the right thing in legalizing #Cannabis, and is working to correct the wrongs from our past.” Wisconsinites, on the other side of the river are also ready to legalize cannabis. “Our justice system is also ready to #legalizeit.”

The South Dakota Medical Marijuana Oversight Committee of the legislature will meet on Monday.

New York regulators have reportedly withdrawn from settlement negotiations regarding a lawsuit that challenges the awarding of licenses for marijuana dispensaries.

Connecticut officials face a lawsuit seeking to invalidate its marijuana legalization laws.

The manager of Oregon’s drug decriminalization programme resigned after claiming that state officials had conducted “maliciously negligence” oversight of the program.

The Cheyenne City Council in Wyoming passed a resolution urging state legislators to decriminalize cannabis.

The Winnebago County, Wisconsin Board of Judiciary and Public Safety Committee has rejected a proposal that would have reduced the fine for marijuana to $1.

The Duluth City Council in Minnesota approved an ordinance that restricts public marijuana consumption.

New York City Council members have proposed to fine landlords that rent to marijuana shops without a license.

The CEO of Catalyst cannabis has accused a Patterson, California City Council Member of urinating in one of their dispensaries.

The Swiss Federal Tribunal has ruled that the police cannot confiscate small quantities of cannabis. This decision could apply to other drugs.
