Kansas Representative said he does not believe his medical marijuana legalization bill would advance in this session.

On Wednesday, a South Carolina representative will address a rally against cannabis at the Statehouse.

A Washington State Senator filed a bill that would increase the penalties for those who rob marijuana dispensaries.

Vermont regulators provide lawmakers with an updated on the size of Vermont’s cannabis market.
