Unnoticed Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) memo explains how the federal government enforces its ban on gun ownership by those who use illegal drugs. It specifies that a person’s medical marijuana card does not make them ineligible, but their status as a cannabis farmer does.

California regulators have sent out a warning about the recall of marijuana products that contain chlorfenapyr.

U.S. Virgin Islands Cannabis regulators will be meeting on Wednesday.

San Diego officials in California sent out a letter warning about the sale of hemp-derived products that are intoxicating.

INTERNATIONAL

The Netherlands’ commissioner for drug and addiction issues, Germany, visited The Netherlands in order to learn more about the trials of regulated marijuana supply.

Israeli regulators have delayed the implementation of new medical marijuana rules.

In a study, “an association was found between the use of [cannabis-based medicines] and improvements in anxiety and sleep quality as well as general [health-related] quality of life in ADHD patients.”
