Rep. Guy Reschenthaler, R-PA, is pressing the Biden administration for a designation that an American citizen incarcerated in Russia because he possessed medical cannabis is “wrongfully held.”

Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte signed two bills to revise marijuana laws, including extending the moratorium on business licences.
Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers (D), tweeted: “The revenue that we would generate by legalizing marijuana could invest back into our communities.” Right now, this money is going to other states. “It’s time for us to tax and legalize marijuana like our neighbors.”
