Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D, MA) tweeted: “We must start repairing the harms caused by an unjust criminal justice system and legalize marijuana nationally.”
Sen. John Hickenlooper, (D), tweeted: “Most Americans live in states that allow recreational marijuana.” We can at least de-schedule marijuana on the federal level.
A new sponsor has been added to the House bill that will reduce restrictions for hemp growers.

West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice (R), West Virginia Governor, signed a law to legalize drug test strips.
New York’s Attorney General applauded the decision of a federal judge to deny an interim restraining and preliminary injunction for marijuana licensing by regulators amid ongoing litigation.
New Jersey’s Attorney General is asking a Federal Court to dismiss Jersey City’s lawsuit against the state policy that protects police from being penalized for marijuana use while off duty.
The Joint Committee on Administrative Rules of the Illinois legislature approved rules for craft cannabis cultivation canopy.
