Minnesota’s representative, who sponsored the legislation to legalize marijuana in the state, said that “the sooner licensed dispensaries can open, the better.”

A Wyoming representative has filed a bill to decriminalize marijuana.

Washington State Supreme Court has approved new rules that clarify the legal rights of attorneys to provide services to cannabis companies.

Ohio regulators have proposed new marijuana regulations.

Michigan regulators have published a report every month on the disciplinary actions against cannabis businesses.

Nevada regulators will be considering marijuana rule changes Thursday.

On Thursday, Oregon regulators are expected to consider a new system of marijuana licensing.
