The Minnesota House and Senate conference committee, tasked with reconciling the differences in marijuana legalization bills between their chambers, reached agreement on licensing and expungements during its second session. However, it will not discuss taxes or appropriations until Tuesday.

Rep. Dina Titus, D-NV tweeted: “Why shouldn’t Nevada legal cannabis shops be able access banking as other small businesses?” Cash-only operations are difficult for consumers to manage, dangerous and make no sense. “I’m cosponsoring SAFE Banking Act in order to fix this.”

Vermont lawmakers sent Gov. Phil Scott (R), a Vermont lawmaker, sent Gov.
Hawaii lawmakers sent Gov. Josh Green (D), a bill decriminalizing fentanyl testing strips.
Wisconsin’s Senate Minority Leader tweeted: “Legalization will make our state safer… A federal survey from the CDC Youth Risk Behavior Survey found teen marijuana use has declined over the last decade.”
A New York Senator sent a release to the press about his appointment as a member of the new Subcommittee on Cannabis.
