The New York Cannabis Control Board has approved settlement agreements that will end the litigation that prevented hundreds of marijuana dispensaries for social equity from opening in New York.

German negotiators agreed to make changes to the draft bill on marijuana legalization. The final vote is expected to be held in the Bundestag this week.

According to reports, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has revoked hemp licenses from farmers who grow marijuana simultaneously under state-approved programmes.
