Sen. John Hickenlooper, (D-CO), tweeted: “Colorado pioneered the legal cannabis market, and our PREPARE Act lays the foundation for federal legalization.” Americans are overwhelmingly in favor of legalizing marijuana – now is the time to give them what they want!

Michigan regulators released a bulletin regarding a voluntary recall for cannabis vape cartridges because of the possible presence of banned chemicals residues exceeding established action limitations.
Washington State regulators have published a list of pesticides that are allowed to be used for marijuana production.
Rhode Island regulators conducted the first of an listening tour to gather feedback on marijuana regulations.
Maryland regulators will host a series of seminars this summer to provide technical assistance for marijuana social equity businesses.
