Amazing product, the sweetest, most helpful staff (worked with this dude named Chris, I think his name was - long to medium wavy/curlyhair, tattoos, very laid back, very knowledgeable, and INCREDIBLY helpful... He patiently and answered my questions completely and then some! I couldn't recommend him more I really hope I got the name right, because not only deserves the props, give that man a raise immediately! Strains lived up to their name and more, looked and smelled beautiful, broke up like a dream, whether you like to pack or roll, these both are gonna work great for whatever your preference is. Highly recommend. :) Can't wait to go back. Favorite shop, hands down.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience, and Tracy made it exceptional! She was incredibly knowledgeable about every product and service they offer, and she answered every question I had with confidence and professionalism. The entire atmosphere was welcoming. They had several tables set up with product samples, which made it easy to explore and learn more. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. The highlight of my visit was that I had been there last year, and Tracy actually remembered me. That personal touch meant a lot and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s rare to receive that level of service these days. Thank you, Tracy, for making this such an outstanding experience. I highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!

I've been coming to Dark Matter for a while now, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. They always have an incredible selection, their prices are competitive, and they run some really great deals on a regular basis. What truly sets them apart, though, is the staff. Tracy has been my go-to budtender for a long time. She's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Natalie, and I was so impressed. She was just as kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable as Tracy. It's refreshing to walk into a place where you know you're getting recommendations from people who genuinely know their products and care about their customers. The atmosphere is always relaxed and inviting, and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and professional. If you're looking for quality products, excellent deals, and outstanding customer service, Dark Matter is absolutely the place to go.
