I purchased a pack of edibles at Cloudwalker labeled “Sex” (which may now be called “Performance”). This is not an inexpensive dispensary, so I expected the product to work as advertised. Neither I nor my boyfriend experienced any effect from the gummies. I even continued trying them over multiple occasions because I assumed perhaps I had received a bad batch and wanted to give the product a fair chance. When I returned to Cloudwalker, I explained the situation and requested store credit for the full purchase price since the product appeared to be defective. I was told they could not offer any refund or credit because the package was empty, despite the fact that it had to be consumed to determine it wasn’t working. I was disappointed by both the product quality and the store’s unwillingness to stand behind what they sell. If you’re looking to get good value for your money, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.

The true test of a place is how they handle when something is not right. I was not happy with a product I received and the manager went above and beyond to fix the problem while being very courteous and accommodating. I appreciate it greatly as we were just passing through Albuquerque in a RV. Thank you so much. Great customer service and the products we ended up with were top notch.
