Lauren was fantastic! I never felt pressured to buy anything, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained not only which products she recommended, but also what they do and how they work. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit instead of just pushing products. Highly recommend!

We stopped by Earl and Tom’s while traveling through Clovis. My husband was wanting something to help him with aches and pains, and I wanted something to help me sleep. Lauren was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. GREAT service! She knew exactly what we needed. We recommend Earl and Tom’s to all of our Clovis people. We will be back!

They have really good product and amazing customer service and budtenders but recent experience left me feeling uneasy Sunday I bought 6 dime industry disposable pens spent about 350$ and when I got home I checked the QR code on all the pens and all except for one tested authentic when I called store they said best they could do is contact supplier but reassured me they get everything from supplier but dime industry website says Miami ice isn't in new Mexico yet like the other strains they say are at the end of the day it is what it is I will dispose of the pen and take the 40$ loss as I don't feel safe to consume and regardless the rest of the product I purchased was top notch
