The wonderful woman, Roxanne, I encountered the first evening was so incredible, knowledgeable and friendly. I took my partner the next day and he spoke with Sydney who said Roxanne was a new employee and it was great to hear that the new employee was doing so well. His encounter with Sydney was an excellent experience. Her knowledge of the plant combined with her understanding of our needs and goals for pain relief, sleep and relaxation were exceeded. Sydney was Awesome! She let me sample a balmmade locally for my arthritic knee. I only applied a little a d it was miraculous ❤️ She was ver knowledgeable and welcoming! Best customer service ever. AND Bonus: Our furbaby, Rye, was welcome too!!!
