We stumbled upon this place by accident after leaving Albuquerque. It’s only a few minutes off the interstate, making the quick drive into Grants very easy. We were greeted by a gentleman and two ladies, and the experience was one of the best I’ve had in a dispensary. The gentleman introduced himself and shook our hands before heading out, and we found out later it was actually the Mayor! He was very humble and didn't brag at all; the staff mentioned who he was after he left. I believe he owns the shop as well. The two ladies who helped us were so friendly and there was zero pressure; they just showed us what they had. We picked up some locally grown pre rolls, the smoke was flavorful, not harsh at all, and the high was even better. I HIGHly recommend Grass Roots in Grants. I’ll definitely be back sooner than later!

Randomly stopped here from MN on a road trip and it had to be the best part of the trip!!10/10 customer service. GREAT prices and deals. The lady who helped me was so helpful, patient and very kind.

Normally love this place, Tammy is always amazing and friendly and quick to open the door. Literally the reason I visit this shop! But today I come, there is a white pickup parked outside (so Tammy is not here) —- I knock on the door and wait and nothing. Normally we don’t even have to knock because they have cameras and it’s normally slow. But today, I knocked waited, sign said open, mail man had just went in 30 seconds earlier and delivered mail…. I heard the register scanning and bags rustling but no other customer was inside bc I was in the parking lot on my phone a few minutes prior. So I know only a worker was in there and they just ignored me, didn’t say anything…. Not even hold on a moment …. So weird, very unprofessional, will not be coming back and will be spreading the word. Whomever the worker is with the white ford pickup, they are responsible for your loss of business.
