I go to this smoke shop about three times a week, and I’m really disappointed by the customer service. There’s one employee in particular—he’s a white guy with brown hair—and he’s consistently rude every time I visit. His attitude is really off-putting, and it makes the whole experience awful. Honestly, they could really hire me—I have great customer service skills and would treat people with respect. I hope management addresses this, because the shop really does have a lot of potential.

This is my go to place for vapes and kratom. Every single one of the staff are fantastic people, this is actually my favorite store in all of Albuquerque, great prices too!
