The service I received during my last visit was profoundly disappointing. I found all employees, with the single exception of Kayleen, to be consistently rude and unhelpful. The level of assistance and professionalism from the general staff was so poor that it made for a truly frustrating experience. The only bright spot was Kayleen. She was an absolute professional—friendly, highly capable, and she went out of her way to be helpful. She is the only reason this review is not zero stars. Given the significant decline in service and the fact that Kayleen is no longer working there, I will unfortunately not be returning. I cannot justify spending my money at a place where the majority of the staff treats customers so poorly.
