After today, I will Never be returning. Worst experience and customer service ever and worst part is it was from the manager Richard Durand! We went in looking for a disposable, the guy assisting us was new and his colleague recommended a brand to us which we accepted. We get outside, open the package in our vehicle and loan behold it's a cart.. we immediately went back in and asked for an exchange. The manager Richard Durand refused to exchange it because package was opened, mind you cart was still in sealed container.. still he refused to exchange and could care less that the product was of no use to me and wrongly given to me.. the clerk who assisted me wve admitted to it being a mistake as I clearly asked for a 2 disposables.. still the manager Did not attempt to make it right in any form and could care less when I said I would not be returning! With as much competition as this city has, not the best way to treat your customers. You definitely lost one today!

I submitted an order at 10:26am on 6-26-26. My order wasn't ready until after 12:30, over 2 hours. It supposed to be $106 but when I got there it was $118. She said it was because of happy hour and wouldn't give it to me for that price. I talked to the manager and he said the same thing. They treated me if it was my fault when it was 100% their fault, they took over 2 hours to fill the order. She said it was busy but the last time I checked online ordering is faster and they are supposed to work on all orders not just walk-ins until they are not busy anymore. Is this location ran by different people now!? I feel used and scammed, I want my $12 back!

Went from 5 to if I could give it a negative remark I would but I cant so here it goes... Normally my go to but the last few times no good.. I went in this evening purchased what I normally purchase they sell uncured to max smoke cant even grind it and after speaking with a manger who is offended ny every word you say they have the nerve to tell me to submit to the distributor to see if I can get help.. By that time its gonna be crispy and I can see why they do cash only.. If youre looking for a good deal with whatever they are your go to but if you want good service and quality smoke go elsewhere..
