I recently visited this dispensary and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to a lack of product and policy knowledge. During my visit, I asked questions about the rewards program and whether points earned and used at another location could be applied toward glass products. The staff were unable to provide a clear answer and seemed unfamiliar with their own policies. They also didn't appear to know much about the current promotion for the Puffco giveaway, including how member purchases and points contribute entries into the drawing. While I was there, another customer asked about a specific strain of wax. There were four employees present, and none of them seemed to know whether they carried it. They said they thought they did but believed they were out of stock. The customer ended up locating the product themselves and pointing it out to the staff. The employees were polite, but there appears to be a significant gap in training regarding products, promotions, inventory, and store policies. Customer service is about more than being friendly—customers rely on staff for accurate information and recommendations. Because of this experience, I'll likely continue visiting other locations instead of returning to this one.

I entered an online order that came out to $48 and change. Site said it would be 10-20 minutes, but my order confirmation or text saying my order was fulfilled never came, so I figured I'd head over and step in anyways. I check in, they had my order, then because it was 12:15, well after my order had been placed, they were upcharging with the reasoning "you didn't pick it up before noon". Sorry, but that's incredibly scummy, my order was placed well before noon and the price that my order was placed with should have been honored. The difference was about $8, which isn't much at all, but that's still skeezy business practice. Your ounce specials are always mid at best anyways, which I was willing to overlook because the staff is usually okay to work with, but today was the grain of sand that tipped it from a solid four stars to one.

Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable. My 2 favorite are the ones on Osuna and the other on Coors. 🥰
