Dear Store Manager, I wanted to reach out and share what a wonderful experience I had at your store. Even though he wasn't the one assisting me directly, Evan made the room feel incredibly welcoming the moment I walked in. I was helped by Hailey, who is absolutely fantastic. She has such a bubbly personality and her enthusiasm is contagious—she truly makes you excited about your purchase from the very first interaction. Very awesome experience being a customer today with the help of Evan b who gave exceptional service. He provided some very good options that worked out awesome for me.
