3 reasons they earned 1 star. 1. They do not keep take of points or purchases. I was keeping diligent track on my points. I normally spend them right away on the 10$ off for 200 points or I get a 8th for more points but since the new costumer tiers they came out with where you get more points for every dollar you spend when you end up spending a lot of money with them. I belive it called diamond their but anyway I went to the store on may 14th 2026 this purchase was going to sent me to the over 1000 mark so I can get one ounce for 1000 points. On May 18th 2026 I walk in with 5 dollars and happy as ever to spend all my points! Then the cashier was rude off the bat,I wasn't sure if I needed to spend money to spend my points so I informed her that I have 5 dollars. She was like "okay so what do you want" I had to ask her if I had to spend the money to spend my points she said no but she could tell that I was confused and she was just being rude so when I tried to spend my points she said I only have 974 I said I had that many points last time she began to argue saying her system is perfect and trcks everything printed out my transaction history all the way to January she said my last purchase was one may 10th at the Shelton store. I told her it's so magical, funny,and screwed up that the system didn't track my last order that would have gotten me the biggest prize I think they do this to everyone so they can make and extra buck before that actually give something back to their costumer protecting their big corporate money while robbing their costumers. Classic. 2. Employee ask me to leave a 5 star review with their name in the comments and they will get 5$ added to their pay check for ever 5 star review with their name in it. First off 5 stars are earned not paid for! I wonder how many 5 stars reviews they have that are fake because they paid for them. 3. I made a large purchase with about 14 different bags the 8th buds before a left the store I immediately pour the bag out and counted my items there was only 13 items not 14. If I would have trusted them and left the store they would have never believed me and called me a liar. The only thing that saved me for getting robbed again was to be vigilant and make sure I have everything I paid for since I can't trust the workers and they dont trust me.

First time in, amazing service! Very spacious place, and it's easy to find listed prices before the counter on the TV displays. Other reviews mention employees by name, apparently because employees get some extra for it and asked for reviews but I didn't get a name nor was I asked.

Let me start by saying sky is an amazing person just two minutes talking to her she completely changed my day…. She also educated me on how to use the dutcie pay method I came back in and autumn helped me with my selection I don’t know if the synergy they have that made it such an experience or if it’s this green stuff regardless two employees that are above and beyond and they made it look easy. 👏👏👏thank you ladies.
