I purchased Derived gummies (10mg Indica) on 7-22. I specifically asked for a gummie that was soft in texture and ALL the workers within earshot, including the 2 in front of me looked as clueless as deer in headlights. They looked up my history and found my prior purchases of Derived brand. So thats what we went with. When I got home later that evening I opened the container and found green gummies that were as hard in texture as a motor vehicle tire. Pretty much was like eating a piece of a tire. The product obviously was sitting on the shelf too long and not rotated out. I brought the product back today and presented the container back to the store manager. She said she was sorry but there was nothing that could be done. No refund/no exchanges. This is what legalization and government control over the weed has brought us. No regulation of potency or quality. Just a bunch of guesswork as to quality of the product. No oversight other than paying the government $$ to maintain sales. Oh, and selling our names and identifying ID (those of us who use the product) out to the government everytime we purchase the weed. As I walked away from the counter the manager told me I would have to take the product with me LOL. I, as politely as I could, told her I didn't want it. Purlife is off my list.

Have been going to the Menaul location for over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience here. The other locations are good, but when it feels like home it hits different! The staff is especially great, very welcoming and patient. I appreciate you guys!

Great selection of everything. I'm a flower person but they have everything. The staff have made me very fond of this store in particular. Been to most of the purlifes in the city and this one is by far the best. Plenty of parking, spotless shop, knowledgeable and kind staff. My go to stop from now on.
