As a medical cannabis patient from out of town, I was blown away by how easy the entire process was at Urban Wellness in Las Cruces. I didn’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork or jump through hoops to receive my tax-free medical purchase. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything quick and stress-free. A special thank you to Eliana (I believe that was her name) for her outstanding customer service. She was welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer my questions, making me feel valued as a patient rather than just another customer. It’s refreshing to find a dispensary that truly understands how to take care of medical patients while providing exceptional service. The selection was excellent, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. If you’re a medical patient traveling through Las Cruces or coming from another city like I was, I highly recommend Urban Wellness. They’ve earned a loyal customer, and I’ll definitely be making the trip back

Kev had great customer service, very attentive to my needs. Found out what I needed during our conversation. All the products recommended worked amazingly. Specially the Sugar Skulls Dream Berryzzz. The Rosin hit the spot. The Brandywine Jam was so tasty. Kudos to the chef. And to top it off for my first time vist, 25% off my attire purchase plus a half gram pre roll. That pre roll recommended was sweet Kev. Thanks my guy!!!

One of the best dispensaries in the area. Always great customer service, politeness, and patience. I’m not even kidding every time i go there i’m always greeted with such great welcome and smiles from the bud tenders. Great prices and deals too, of course. Highly recommended!!
