I want to start off with saying that I absolutely love this location. I go very often to get my wax and flower, but the only reason I did a lower rating is because of today’s interaction. My girlfriend and I came in, said good morning to “Brande” (that’s what shows on my receipt) and he completely ignored us, he didn’t let me see my options like they normally do. When we checked out, he didnt give me my rewards for my purchase when I made a large purchase. I usually love the people here. But today really disappointed me. It was very rushed, and we felt very ignored.

Shoutout to Dexter at Everest Cannabis — hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
