I’ve had good experiences here before, which is why this visit was disappointing. The store was empty, yet the budtender came off dismissive and unwelcoming. I also didn’t receive the scratch-off promo after my purchase. I understand everyone has off days, but when the shop isn’t busy, there’s really no reason for the interaction to feel rushed or uncomfortable. Customer service and honoring promotions go a long way. I hope management can address this so future visits feel more welcoming. The receipt says sold by Korin H.

When I first came here, Naomi was super sick and helped me out so I decided to go again since it was chill last time and just incase if there was any updates. Derrick was on shift this time and made it just as amazing as the last time I went. His recommendations were spot on and made me feel just as validated as Naomi did before. Whatever yall are doing keep doing it 👏👏👏

I love it here! Danielle was so helpful and kind and she told me all about the weekly deals so I can get the most bang for my buck! Everyone is friendly and the vibe is great.
