Store seriously needs to hire more staff. I came a month ago and upgraded 1 phone and it took me 2 hours. Here I am again to upgrade 2 more phones and weve already waited an hour to get help because they have 1.5 employees.

Brandon Davis provided excellent customer care and service. Saw him assisting 4 customer at one time. Never said I can't help you. Went above and beyond. To provide service. A rare feat in Roswell nm. 88203.

Gabrielle was super amazing she was so kind and helped us in more ways than one! We went in to get a new phone for my husband and came out with more information and an appointment to get my phone screen fixed for next week. She was awesome
