***UPDATE** I just want to say thank you to the owner who reached out to me after my review. I decided to change it to 5 stars because of how the situation was handled… I called Dave and he was so sincere and apologetic about everything. He advised me to go back and pick up my birthday pre roll to make up for it. I pull up and am handed a gift bag with more than what I expected and I was so surprised! Toke really went above and beyond to make sure I felt appreciated and knew that they were sorry. I want to say that one bad experience with 1 person does not define the company and it shouldn’t mean they get 1 star. Thank you again toke ! You guys are by far my favorite dispo! Oh and also the employee apologized to me I was thankful for that. I usually love this place they’ve always taken care of me. Today was my birthday and thought it would be cool to stop by and redeem my birthday pre roll. I just got off work not knowing they close early.This time was on my way home so I decided to pull in to the drive thru and this guy with long brown hair and a captain America tattoo on his arm answers. He opens the window And tells me “it’ll be a few minutes before I help you” then closes the window. Okay fine… so I wait then he comes back takes my ID and asks “what can I help you with” I tell him “hi I wanted to see if I could redeem my birthday pre roll” the then says with attitude “I just closed my register I’m not just going to do that for you we close like now” mind you it’s 5:56 and I don’t get why he asked what he can help me with if he can’t anyway? Like I’ve never been treated so rude before. He then pulls up his phone and says “the other one closes at 8 and there’s 23 other dispensaries you can go to” like sorry if he was having a bad day but I probably won’t be back because of him he was so rude hope he’s not treating other people like that. Sadly didn’t get his name. Everyone else that works there is so awesome 😎

Buyers Beware!! This dispensary is knowingly selling products missing tamper resistant seal, following report which confirmed concern. Area manager replaced the defective item with another defective item The product did not only lack smell taste color and consistency product also did not have any effect. Following poor communication the area manager informed he couldn't do anything regarding the situation. Many dispensaries carry the same products at a much better price...oh and that is not defective. Medical patients be careful!

There supposed to open at 8 AM for some reason I’m still out in the parking lot at 9 AM waiting on the open. You need to get better staff.
